After graduating with a Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Ragland was hired by Evander Holyfield Management, Inc (EHM) as the organization’s Webmaster at the age of 22. Within 6 months of being hired, Ragland’s work ethic and commitment to perfection earned him a promotion to Marketing Director.

Ragland seized this opportunity and developed EvanderHolyfield.com (© 1999 – 2004).  Ragland branded the e-business web site as the official headquarters for Evander Holyfield news, business reports, special events, chat room sessions, interviews, training updates and memorabilia. EvanderHolyfield.com generated over 10 million readers, 20,000 mailing list subscribers, and $xxx,xxx in online profits under Ragland’s direction and management.

In 2004, Ragland founded BIG Picture Media, a Web development and Internet marketing firm. Ragland consults with businesses on how to use the power of the Internet to build brand identity and increase profits. His client list included the Atlanta Falcons/Infinity Broadcasting, Think Big Corporation, BodyBlocks Nutrition Systems and several others.

In 2005, Ragland founded BigLeagueStore.com, a leading sporting goods online retailer of baseball equipment. BigLeagueStore.com carries the largest selection of Akadema baseball & softball products, Phiten necklaces & bracelets, and Mattingly baseball bats & hitting accessories on the Internet.

In 2008, Ragland and his wife (Kelly) relocated to Southern California. Kelly is a Professor at California State University.

In 2009, Ragland joined the Springboard Nonprofit management team, as the
WEB and SEO Manager for Credit.org, HomeOwnership.org, and bkHelp.org.
